We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We believe in making this process as easy and fair as possible for our valued customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Your product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Your order number, invoice, or receipt must be provided as evidence of purchase, and the original packaging, labels, and hygiene seals must all be completely undamaged. Please be aware that some things, such as presents, promotional bundles, and sale items, might not be returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, Contact us through our contact forum or via email info@beautymbf.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions for shipping your return. Once authorized, you should carefully repackage your item in its original materials, clearly mark your RA number on the package, and send it back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our team. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Inspection & Refund Process
When your return arrives at our facility, our quality team will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return criteria. After we inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether we approve or reject it. If we approve your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on certain products for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy covers items you have opened, used, or damaged after delivery, as well as those missing original packaging, seals, or labels. We also treat sale items, clearance products, promotional bundles, gift cards, and downloadable beauty content as final sale and do not offer refunds for them. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from a change of mind or an incorrect purchase, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. In cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, BeautyMBF will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping expenses. Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is generally non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
Exchanges
Please follow the preceding return policy and make a new purchase for the item you want if you would want to replace a product, such as lashes, for a different style or shade. We will give your refund as soon as we receive and authorize your return. Using this approach guarantees a timely and error-free shipment of your replacement item.
